Chain lenght
When buying a necklace, you must decide which chain length best suits the use you are going to give to the piece. To help you in this decision, here is a small guide to choose the right option.
1.- The first thing will be to see what type of necklace it is. Normally the position of the pendant or the central element of a choker will depend on its size. As a general rule, smaller jewelry is usually worn closer to the neck and larger pieces tend to be worn on a longer chain and in a lower position. In other cases it depends on the style since party jewelry, designed to be worn with evening dresses or low-cut, can have a longer chain since they have no nearby elements to play with, even if they are small.
2.- At MIIJOYA we have arranged each product with the most appropriate measures for its style, although each client has a personal style and the decision is yours. In the small necklaces you will find that the measures are 35 cm, 40 cm and 45 cm. In games with companion earrings you can find measurements from 40 to 50 cm normally.
3.- Once the jewel has been decided to see how high it would be, you have a graph that shows approximately where each length of the chain is located. Keep in mind that it will depend on each person in the last case. The graph is calculated with a woman of average height between 1.65 to 1.75 meters tall.
