At the time of purchase, depending on the destination, you will be able to observe different terms and shipping modes. Regardless of the chosen method, the product handling and preparation period is 24 business hours, starting with the delivery times indicated below, but in general, orders received before 1:00 p.m. on business days are sent that same day.
For shipments to Spain to peninsular territory and the Balearic Islands, the shipment is made by courier service. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, it is done by Correos. The expenses already include the presentation and processing of the Single Administrative Document (DUA) necessary for its export. For shipments to other countries, it is done by certified mail. Hand delivery will depend on the postal service in the destination country. In these destinations we cannot offer an average delivery time as we depend on different postal services.
In all cases you will receive an email informing you that the order has already been completed and if you request it we will send you the tracking number of the shipment as well as a direct link to the courier company so that you can check it at any time.
There are a series of cares that, in a simple way, will extend the life of your jewel.
For example, we suggest that you remove your jewelry before performing activities that could damage it, such as exercising, cleaning or personal care. Try to avoid contacting your jewelery with cosmetic products, gels or creams for personal care and / or household use, as they sometimes contain some components that can damage the color. Likewise, do not expose the pieces to prolonged or repeated contact with water at high temperatures such as thermal baths, sauna, etc ... as this could reduce the brightness and lucidity, especially affecting the transparency of the mounted stones.

In products with a gold-plated finish, due to the multiple factors that affect their durability, it is not possible to guarantee that the gold-plated will last forever. These jewels require extra care and attention. You have at your disposal all the models also in Silver if you prefer. For proper conservation, it is preferable that you store your MIIJOYA products individually in their original packaging, as they are prepared to protect your jewelry. If you opt for a jeweler, try to keep them in a separate compartment from other pieces and that the chains are closed and laid flat to avoid knot formation.
